Our 100% Satisfaction guarantee states; any item sold by ARCA that arrives broken (unless sold in broken condition), arrives "not as described" during the time of sale, or is incorrect in any way may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Our 100% customer satisfaction policy allows us to do things such as replace, service, partially or fully refund when management deems it appropriate. We strive for the 100% satisfaction of our loyal customers and will do anything in our power to keep you more than satisfied.
